Borrower Photo & Marketing Release
Voluntary Submission
I understand that submitting photos or videos is completely voluntary and has no bearing on any loan, application, approval, pricing, or mortgage services.
Grant of Permission
By uploading or submitting photographs or videos (“Content”), I grant Richard Day, his business, and his marketing partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, and create derivative works from the Content for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes, in any media now known or later developed.
No Compensation
I understand and agree that no compensation or royalties are owed for the use of the Content, except for a nominal thank-you gift card, if offered.
Ownership & Permissions
I represent that I own the Content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit it, and that any individuals, contractors, designers, or properties appearing in the Content have consented to its use as described above.
Sensitive Information
I agree not to include confidential or sensitive information (including financial documents, personal mail, account numbers, or images of children), and I understand identifying details or metadata may be removed at Richard Day’s discretion.
Release of Claims
I release and hold harmless Richard Day from any claims arising from the authorized use of the Content, including claims related to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
